Return Policy

 

 
    These are Innovative Sealing Solutions, Inc. Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the
http://www.innovativesealingsolutions.biz website.
  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
  • You may obtain an RMA number by contacting: orders@innovativesealingsolutions.biz
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
  • Any product not purchased from www.innovativesealingsolutions.biz
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories,
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage

    Products may be returned for the following reasons:

         Customer is not satisfied with the product.

         Product was delivered damaged

  •   Standard 45 day return: Customer must return the item undamaged (with an RMA) within 45 days in order to receive credit and/or a comparable replacement.
  •  Shipping is paid for by Innovative Sealing Solutions, Inc. or the carrier only if the item is received damaged/defective by the customer.
  •  There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items.

Shipping Policy

     We at Innovative Sealing Solutions, Inc. want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping
and payment process to make your life easy.

     Most credit and debit card orders placed by 3 PM PST are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.

Expedited orders placed by 3 PM PST will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours.

We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

 Please note: If you choose the No Signature Required shipping method, you are authorizing the carrier to leave your package at the shipping address provided and are aware that neither Innovative Sealing Solutions, Inc. nor the carrier is responsible for any packages after they are delivered.

    Innovative Sealing Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Innovative Sealing Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
